An independent advertising platform named Babescort (further referred to as "we," "us," or "our") exists in cyberspace as a web page that provides advertising services. We facilitate connections between providers of adult services and our global clientele. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect personal information. These terms are agreed upon by accessing our platform.

For the purposes of this document, advertisers, also – "escorts", are independent adult female service providers who voluntarily publish advertising materials on the platform and provide companionship, social interaction, and related non-platform services at their own discretion and responsibility.

1.2. Service Providers & Third-Party Processors

We may cooperate with third-party processors for operational purposes, including but not limited to:

• Payments: processed directly by individual advertisers (e.g., cryptocurrency, PayPal). Babescort does not receive or process client–escort payments.
• Verification: identity and age verification partners.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and similar analytical tools.

Each advertiser is required to comply with applicable documentation standards, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where relevant.

2. Legal Disclosure & Platform Role

2.1. We may disclose information where required by law, including lawful court orders, law-enforcement requests, or actions necessary to protect platform rights and security.

2.2. In the event of a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer, user data may be reassigned under equal or stronger protection safeguards.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
